Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. While we will always do our best to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee particular tables or areas.
2. Arrival Time & Holding Tables
We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time for their reservation. We will hold your table for 15 minutes after the booked time. If you arrive later than this, your table may be released and any deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for larger bookings where possible.
4. Deposits
Bookings of 10 or more guests require a £7.50 per person deposit to secure the reservation.
This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of:

Cancellations within the notice period listed above

Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the booked time
5. Pre-orders
Bookings of 12 or more guests will require a pre-order to ensure smooth service. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
6. Table Duration
Tables may be allocated for a specific duration depending on party size and demand. If you would like a longer sitting time, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
7. Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact us. We will always try to hold your table where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
8. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking and remind your server on arrival. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
